The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, current website, project needs and anything else you choose to include in your message.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether Birchcliff is a fit for the project and communicate about services you asked about. Birchcliff does not sell the personal information submitted through the inquiry form.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify’s infrastructure. Email providers may also process information when Birchcliff replies to you.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Birchcliff may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google services, to understand site usage and measure inquiries from advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. Where required, consent controls are used.
Retention
Inquiry information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
